Design Guidelines & Application Process

Homeowners must submit an application for any exterior modification to their home. No work can be started without an approved application.

Steps for Submitting an Application for Exterior Modification

  1. ManageWorks Community Solutions (MWCS)
  2. MWCS reviews the application to ensure it is complete.
  3. Covenant Committee (CC) reviews applications (CC must act upon all applicants within 60 days).
  4. The decisions by CC will be sent by letter to the address on the application.
  5. The homeowner has 10 days to appeal the process, otherwise the decision is binding.

Appeals Process

  1. Submit verbal request for an appeal within 48 hours of the applicant receiving the Covenant Committee’s decision. The first appeal should be made to the Covenant Committee.
  2. A follow-up written request to the Covenant Committee should be made within five working days
  3. The Covenant Committee has five working days to review the request
  4. A second appeal can be made to the Board of Directors
